Choose a Quarter, Half or Whole Beef

You can bring home beef by the whole, half or quarter. We will work with you to get it processed just the way you want. Using low stress techniques, we will take animal to a local processing facility. 

When you buy a whole, half, or quarter you will be asked for a deposit that covers some of the cost. The final price will be based on the weight, which is a little different for each animal.

Quarter Beef — Approx. 90–100 lbs.

Best for smaller households or first-time bulk beef buyers.

Half Beef — Approx. 180–200 lbs.

A great option for families who regularly eat beef.

Whole Beef — Approx. 360–400 lbs.

Best value for larger families, shared, or those wanting to stock the freezer.
